Front desk staff was consistently friendly and efficient, which made things so much smoother. The room was immaculate, no bad odors, just perfect after a long day of meetings.

It was pricey but, honestly, worth it for the comfort and service.

I had an amazing stay with exceptional service and a delightful breakfast at Salt and Marrow! The rooftop view was stunning, and my room was spotless and very comfortable!

The stay was quite average, comparable to a budget hotel. The room was basic and lacked some common amenities like a safe. Housekeeping didn't come by as expected, and I had to leave early without a change to my reservation. However, the hotel was clean and comfortable enough for our needs, and the location was convenient for local restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our kids and dog. The pool was a hit, offering a great spot for play, and the close proximity to the river made it easy to enjoy some family outings. The breakfast was definitely a highlight with delicious options!

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient. We could have used one for late-night snacks for the kids.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor and spacious common areas of the Crowne Plaza, North Augusta, An Ihg Hotel. The lounge and rooftop terrace were particularly inviting, making it easy for me to relax and socialize with friends.

Could use more accessible seating options in lounges.

This stay was a breath of fresh air! The room was impeccably designed with modern decor that instantly made me feel at home. I loved the rooftop bar with scenic views—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Oh man, if you’re a foodie, you gotta hit up Southbound Smokehouse for some smoky goodness or Sweet Lou's Crab Shack for a seafood feast. The hotel itself boasts a swanky rooftop bar that’s perfect for chilling after a long day. And don’t forget, it’s pet-friendly, which is a major plus for us fur parents!

But here’s the kicker, my room wasn’t vacuumed before my stay and there was hair on the bathroom floor. A friend on the same floor faced a similar mess, and another pal spotted a roach skedaddling away under her luggage. Not exactly the five-star vibe I was looking for!

Had some trouble with the food service at the rooftop bar, including incorrect orders and poorly prepared dishes like salmon that was undercooked. The parking situation was a bit of a hassle. you need to go back to the lobby for a key to exit the parking deck, which can be an unnecessary extra step when you're just trying to leave. Also, paying extra for a river view proved disappointing since the view was obstructed by trees, and the restaurant hours can be limiting, especially if you arrive late for breakfast.

We had a fantastic time soaking in the relaxing pool and lounging on the sun terrace during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect after a long day at the game, although the check-out process took a bit longer than we expected. I recommend packing some snacks for your stay just in case you want a little midnight munch!

I loved the inviting rooftop terrace. it was perfect for relaxing with friends! The only downside was some confusion with the parking charges at checkout. Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊

Had a great time in the standard king room. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice private bathroom with free toiletries. The outdoor swimming pool was awesome with sun loungers for relaxing. The fitness center was well-equipped. The breakfast buffet at Salt and Marrow had tasty options like freshly baked pastries and great coffee. Super nice vibes.

The rooftop bar was very noisy at night.
